Does anyone know the requirements for getting married in Mozambique or Madagascar?

We are from the UK, currently living in South Africa and are keen to get married in either Mozambique or Madagascar next year (around August), however, we have not been too successful with finding any info out through various search engines - any help will be gratefully received!

1. You can find out at the Consulat or High Commissioner. Most of them are in Pretoria
2. The couple should be compatible, possibly love each other and able to make the commitment.
