When/Where is the best place to go on AFRICAN SAFARI end of december/beginnign of January?

Hello everyone, i am planning with my family a xmas/new year trip on an African Safari and i am tied between Tanzania and Kenya. We went to Kenya 2 years ago and loved it we stayed in Governers... We want to stay where there is the best chance of seeing cats anyone know of the best place around this time (new year) and he nicest places to stay??? fanxxx xx

2. If you want to see cats, you can actually go to both Kenya and Tanzania!! Masai Mara National Park in Kenya boarders Serengeti in Tanzania, so you can maybe start your holiday in Kenya, and go into Tanzania and see more cats. I am very sure that you will definately see cats in either national park, especially Masai Mara. There are plenty of National Parks in Kenya that you can visit. There's Masai Mara, Amboseli, Samburu and many more... Hope you enjoy your trip
3. My favourite has to be Masai mara. Its a magical fantastic place. There is wildlife to see on the game reserve, lovely accomodation and the food is lovely. A truly magical experience.
4. Hi, You can do Kenya and go to Amboseli (you will have great views of kilimanjaro) , Lake Nakuru and Maasai Mara. Then you can choose to expand it to Mombasa for the beach or Zanzibar. Tanzania is the best place for a safari as it has the Ngorongoro its the best places every to see lions too its also crater is also a natural wonder Serengeti is also a nice place were you would see a lot of cats family manyara is a nice place too with lots or flaming you could always get nice hotels and nice package deals there are 5 star hotels too.
