I have a game called african safari . Help me make it work on my new windows xp.?

This game was used on my old win 98 system but won't work on my new win xp home version. Looks like it loads in but that's it.Is a newer version of safari needed and available or what. please help. Thanks. Help at the third grade level due to the knowledge level i have, would be appreciated. Bob

1. XP runs with a higher screen resolution,go to, display properties, settings,you should be able to lower the screen resolution,that will allow you to play your game on XP. Don't forget to set it back.
